Hyannis Half is next weekend. About to head out on my last long run before then and wondering how anyone ran significant distances before iPods and mashup artists. Also, when I first started running as an activity (nine years ago) I had some sort of a Sony Sport Discman. It weighed like three pounds. That seems straight up ridiculous.
